| Abstract | People with functional diversity meet multiple barriers in all the aspects of their lives. If in addition this functional diversity is psychological, then these barriers increase because these persons are stigmatized and treated as children. As for the personal or familiar life, if the relatives want to give response to an important topic as the sexuality of these persons, it is almost impossible because of the lack of resources to give response. That’s why this work, after verifying this need and realizing a review of the literature and available information about sexuality and functional intellectual diversity, will answer by creating a tool for to facilitate this approximation to the sexuality of their relatives with functional psychological diversity. This tool will be centered on the family since, in addition to the school, is a basic institution in the socialization process and the purpose will be that relatives normalize the situation, see that it is a need that must be supported to be filled and could give a suitable response. |
