Abstract	The work aims to analyze from a social and legal point of view the current phenomenon linked to the cession of housing for holiday or tourist use in the city of València. On the one hand, the administrative requirements demanded by Law 15/2018, of June 7, of tourism, leisure and hospitality of the Comunitat Valenciana, as well as municipal regulations will be studied. And on the other hand, the regime of commercial promotion, supply and contracting of this type of urban tourist accommodation will be addressed.
