| Abstract | El momento que viven las series de ficcion televisivas es auspicioso gracias a su calidad tecnica, profesional y tematica. Un ejemplo de ello son las ficciones con contenido historico. Su produccion no solo involucra proyectar la obra por la pantalla chica, sino ademas realizar un trabajo benefico a traves de la distribucion de sus contenidos en las redes sociales de Internet, generando un contacto activo de comunicacion de multiples mensajes, donde los usuarios opinan sobre el tratamiento tematico y escenico. La presente investigacion doctoral es un estudio de la relacion que hacen los usuarios en las plataformas digitales sobre la memoria historica en las redes sociales de Espana y Chile como consecuencia narrativa de series de ficcion que abordan dicha tematica. La muestra corresponde a las plataformas asociadas a las series cuyo argumento se enmarca en periodos pasados de la historia reciente de Espana y Chile, es decir, a la represion y consecuencia social, como cultural, que reflejan las series de ficcion televisiva, Amar es Para Siempre; Cuentame Como Paso; Los 80: mas que una moda y Los Archivos del Cardenal. Se realizo un seguimiento a temporadas especificas de las series de ficcion mencionadas, posteriormente se procedio a seguir las redes sociales que se han vinculado a las ficciones analizadas para seleccionar una muestra que permitiera reunir los mensajes necesarios en el analisis de contenido. Se desarrollo tambien un grupo de discusion con el objeto de observar la percepcion de los espectadores en relacion a la memoria historica visualizada en las series de ficcion de estudio. La tesis doctoral es el resultado de una investigacion iniciado el ano 2012, proyecto financiado por la Comision Nacional de Investigacion Cientifica y Tecnologica de Chile con su programa Capital Humano Avanzado, Becas Chile, del Ministerio de Educacion. Se busca comprender el sentido del recuerdo, desde la perspectiva del uso del lenguaje que utilizan los usuarios al momento de visionar las series de ficcion, teniendo presente los componentes afectivos, expresivos y de representacion que senalan los participantes en las redes sociales como resultado de una comunicacion en el contexto social de la memoria de Espana y Chile, como asi tambien la impresion de los espectadores que siguen las series de ficcion analizadas, cuyo trabajo de campo se llevo a cabo en Chile y Espana durante los anos 2014 y 2015. Fictional television series are experiencing an auspicious moment due to their technical, professional and thematic quality. An example of this is those with historical content. Not only do they imply to exhibit it on the small TV screen but they also produce a favorable work by wide spreading their themes in the social networks and, consequently, creating an active communication throughout users' comments, where they express their opinions on how the topics are treated and portrayed. This doctoral thesis research studies the relation between the comments that social network users post in Spain and in Chile, regarding the historical memory as a narrative consequence of those fictional series that address this content. The sample is related to those platforms associated to those series whose plots are set in periods of the Spanish and Chilean history; for example, during repression, concerning the social and cultural consequences reflected in these television fictional series, Amar es Para Siempre; Cuentame Como Paso; Los 80: mas que una moda y Los Archivos del Cardenal. After reviewing specific seasons of these three TV series, I examined those social networks connected with them. The objective was to select a sample that collected the necessary comments for the analysis of the themes. A discussion group was also developed to examine the viewers' perception regarding the visualized historical memory from the fictional series examined. This doctoral thesis derives from a research initiated in 2012. The project was financed by the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICYT) with their Advanced Human Capital program, Becas Chile (Chile Scholarship) employee of the Ministry of Education. The research, conducted in Chile and in Spain during 2014 and 2015, seeks to understand the sense of memories from the perspective of the use of the language that spectators employ at the moment of viewing the fictional series referred to affective and expressive components, as well as the representation mentioned by the social network participants originated from the communication existing within the social context of the Spanish and Chilean historical memory, and, the impressions of those who regularly watch the TV series analysed. |
