Abstract	Patients require careful care after cardiac surgery, including proper anticoagulant treatment. Following coronary artery bypass graft surgery, be sure to enable the earliest possible antiplatelet treatment because of the risk of closure of the bypass. In patients after the repair or replace valve initial heparin treatment and then oral vitamin K antagonists (acenokumarolem/warfarin) treatment help avoid thromboembolism complications.
