Abstract	Introduction: In order to offer the best possible quality of life to users, the health system must be prepared with qualified professionals with good physical and mental conditions to offer the best possible care to those who are in their care. Objective: To propose intervention in order to obtain better ergonomic conditions for the municipality of Cocal do Alves. Methodology: This is a bibliographic review carried out in Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo, Google Academic and Bireme databases. The inclusion criteria consist of articles produced in the last five years; available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Exclusion criteria are not addressing the issue; not present in the predetermined time range; can not download the full article; being in other languages that have not been predetermined. Results: A total of 59 articles were found, of which 28 were selected, referring to the theme, between the years of 2013 to 2018. Conclusion: Since the intervention process will still be initiated, it is concluded that the effectiveness will be observed subsequently applying the methodology proposed by the present study.
