| Abstract | The metabolic dynamics, enzyme kinetics and metabolites identification of butylbenzyl phthalate in mice liver homogenate were studied by HPLC and HPLC-MS. The relevant parameters were as follows: t_(1/2) was 73.72?min, K_m was(73.52±24.11)?μmol·L~(-1) and V_(max) was (2.85±0.62)?μmol·g~(-1)·min~(-1))in he liver homogenate of male mice; t_(1/2) was 144.37 min, K_m was (275.02±64.97)?μmol·L~(-1) and V_(max) was (6.18±2.30)?μmol·g~(-1)·min~(-1) in the liver homogenate of female mice. The metabolites of butylbenzyl phthalate in liver were monobutyl phthalate and methanoyl phthalate. The results demonstrated that the metabolism of butylbenzyl phthalate in the liver of mice of different sex was different. |
