Abstract	The purpose of this study was to compare the perceptions held by three significant groups concerning management training programs in two-year colleges in the United States on the present and desired future importance of these curriculum objectives: semi-professional, technical, supplemental, retraining and transfer. The perceptions were determined by analyses of responses to questionnaires sent to representative members of each of three groups.
