| Abstract | This paper presents a study on the different approaches of metacognitive phenomenon of self-assessment in learning and the prospects of possible relationships that may exist with the techniques proposed by Educational Data Mining. All sections are shown that develop research work that include the subject, some previous results obtained from these studies, and ultimately, the possible challenges are discussed to be found for future development of new solutions. Resumo. O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo realizado acerca das diferentes abordagens do fenômeno metacognitivo da autoavaliação da aprendizagem e as perspectivas de possíveis relações que possam existir com as técnicas propostas pela Mineração de Dados Educacionais. Nas seções são apresentados trabalhos que desenvolvem pesquisas que englobam o tema, alguns resultados prévios obtidos através destes trabalhos, e por fim, são discutidos os possíveis desafios a serem encontrados para um futuro desenvolvimento de novas soluções. |
