Abstract	The Knowledge management comprising different aspects related to the use of technology, but above all to the resources’ organization, both human and material, and to the sharing of a common method, is at the basis of whichever network system. This definition means a systemic, methodologic and conceptual approach, not only the technological support which conveys it. Parallel to praxis and theory goes a formative approach, characterized from the specifity of contents and the variety of aims that should aid to circumscribe the different aspects.
