Abstract	The research was conducted in order to generate a proposal for strategic management in UNOVE, C.A., which is in the software industry in Valencia, Carabobo state, given the rapid expansion, and new horizons that the industry has. The research is part of a feasible project level with a descriptive and qualitative approach. Statistically speaking, the population and sample was formed by the company itself. The information was obtained through an open interview based on a designed script, which was previously validated by experts in the area of research. Based on the information, management principles presented by various recognized authors were gathered and coupled with the experience of the researcher to generate the management proposal with a contextualized approach inside the area of research. Among the results of this research, it was learned that the company itself shows insignificant efforts to face the new tendencies that are now ruling the market, however, an important number of very attractive opportunities reveal themselves to be taken by these businesses. This fact is due to the growing needs in the field of Information Technology services and communications by various companies in all industries.
