Abstract	This is a two-year long interdisciplinary Research Project between Law specialists and computer engineers. Its main purpose is to study, by means of the application of qualitative and quantitative tools, the usage of concepts associated with digital information safety as far as companies in Rafaela is concerned in order to define the "Culture of Information," characterized by the way in which the resources are employed. The Project will try to specify the influence of Juridical Sciences over the regulation and audit of Digital Information as an invaluable intangible good for the company development. It is considered of relevance the inquiry about concepts related to information safety and how they are treated and known in the company. Rafaela is an "Information Society" member and it is necessary for it to possess the basis that can guide companies in the encouragement of a kind of culture that gives importance to digital information and respects its basic features to make it safe.
