Abstract	After having situated the two emblematic political satire television shows, "Le Bebete Show" and "Les Guignols de l'Info" in an ancient tradition, the article points out their relationships which are far from being unimportant and underlines the important lines of fracture between them. It finally asks questions about how "Les Guignols de l'Info" has been repositioned since the end of "Bebete Show" and formulates a certain number of hypotheses concerning the credibility of the satiric posture.
