| Abstract | As educational policy, Inclusive Education was an important development in 1994, based on the document Salamanca Statement on Principles, Policy and Practice in Special Needs Education, produced by UNESCO, Spain. Briefly, the document talks about the fundamental right of every child to education and affirms that diversity should be considered in educational systems. Since then there have been many advances in relation to inclusion, particularly as regards the insertion of disabled children in schools and regular classes. Inclusion is a topic still controversial as it goes far beyond just enrolling these children in mainstream schools. In this study, we sought to understand what are the concepts of inclusion of staff responsible for school management in a School Class of Asa Sul, the Department of Education of the Federal District. The work was a qualitative research characterized as a case study. With the research done through observations, interviews and documentary analysis, we sought to understand how the process works the school regarding school management inclusive. We tried to check is treated as inclusive education beyond teaching practices in the classroom, seeking a broader work that involves the school as a whole and not just the teachers and students. Through the interviews, we found that, in relation to inclusive processes, the school is disjointed about the work of the management team. This may be given to the fact that changes have taken place in the context of people from school, causing managers still fail to accomplish ongoing projects, due to high turnover of teachers and servers. |
