| Abstract | The researchis classified into correlational study which consists of two independent variables, they are the principal transformational leadership and organizational culture, as the dependent variable is teacher job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Civil Servants Teacher in Public Junior High School District of Cianjur,total sample is 132 respondents. Sampling technique is done by proportional random sampling. The method used is a survey with the correlational approach. Data analysis technique using correlation test and simple linear regression and correlation and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis is done at significance level of 0.05. The Results has three conclusions, they are: First, there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership with teacher’s job satisfaction as indicated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.552 and the regression equation Ŷ= 76.833 + 0.228X1, Secondly,There is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of teachers as indicated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.627 and the regression equation Ŷ= 48.031+0.368X2, Thirdly,There is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture together with teacher job satisfaction as indicated by ry12 correlation coefficient r = 0.669 and the regression equation Ŷ= 48.578 + 0.118X1 + 0.272X2 , which means that every increase of one score the principal's transformational leadership and the organizational culture scores together will be followed by an increase in teacher’s job satisfaction scores 0.118 X1 and 0.272 X2. Based on the conclusions, the research result implicates that teacher job satisfaction can be improved through the principal's transformational leadership and organizational culture. |
