Abstract	Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo e trazer para a comunidade cientifica as reflexoes e conclusoes extraidas de experiencia recente em um programa inovador de formacao de professores realizado com a mediacao educacionais, revelou algumas vantagens sobre os processos tradicionais de da tecnologia. O emprego adequado da tecnologia associado a outros processos de mediacao fundamentados em modernas concepcoes formacao que utilizam o paradigma da racionalidade tecnica Os principios pedagogicos norteadores da Proposta: estreita relacao teoria-pratica, reconhecimento da experiencia docente como forma de conhecimento; ampliacao dos ambientes de aprendizagem e o meio digital estimulando a autoformacao. Abstract: The purpose of this article is to discuss the reflections and conclusions extracted from a recent experience with a new teacher's education program accomplished with the technology mediation. The proper technology utilization – together with other mediation process – supported by up-to-date- educational conceptions, has revealed some advantages over the traditional educational process that used the technical rationality paradigm. The Proposal's basic principles are: a closed relationship between theory and practice, the acknowledgement of teacher's experience, the increasing of learning environment and the digital midia encouraging the self-education.
