Abstract	ION This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational climate and job stress on the performance of nurses with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Islamic Hospital Jemursari. Research was conducted on nurses who work more than two years as many as 67 people. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The independent variables in this study is the organizational climate (X1) and job stress (X2), an intervening variable is the satisfaction of performance (Z), the dependent variable is the performance (Y). The results of this study indicate that the organizational climate directly and significantly to the performance of nurses in Hospital Jemursari, proven because it has a significance value (Sig) 0.006 t less than the significance level (α) t of 5%. Job stress also has a direct influence significant value (Sig) t is 0, 024 less than the significance level (α) t of 5%. As a significant indirect effect on the performance of organizational climate and job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a value (Sig) amounted to 0,024 t less than the significance level (α) t of 5%. Job stress also has a significant indirect effect on performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a value (Sig) t 0,020 less than the significance level (α) t of 5%.
