| Abstract | The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth of watermelon irrigated with saline water in the soil with manure. The experiment was performed in randomized blocks in 5 x 2 factorial design, and treatments consisted of five levels of electrical conductivity of irrigation water (0.3, 1.3, 2.3, 3.3 and 4.3 dS m) and two forms of Application of bovine manure (with and without manure), with four replicates. The application of manure in the soil did not exert any attenuating effect on growth parameters of watermelon irrigated with salted water; The growth of watermelon is committed to increasing the electrical conductivity of the irrigation water over a significant reduction in leaf area to water of 2.57 dS m electrical conductivity; |
