| Abstract | Penetrating injuries of the cervical spine are mostly a result of assaults with firearms, car accidents or punctured edged weapons; the anatomy of the neck consists of three zones ranging from the clavicle to the base of the skull abnormalities found in these mostly injury patients are vascular structures, nerve, larynx and tracheal are exceptional penetrating injuries that do not commit any of these structures. Below is a representative case of this pathology. |
