| Abstract | We propose to use negativity and entanglement witnesses to study quantum phase transitions in the bilinear–biquadratic and anisotropic XXZ spin-1 models. We obtain an analytical expression of negativity in the XXZ model and an entanglement witness. The roles of the negativity and entanglement witnesses in the quantum phase transitions in these two models are studied numerically. |
