| Abstract | Deforestation in the Amazon rainforest is one of the environmental issues that for years has been discussed globally, due to its link with greenhouse gases (GHG), where deforestation has a percentage share close to 20% among recognized GHGs by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). This procedure is not at all alien to Colombian society, arguing that different social, cultural and legal situations are presented in relation to the permissiveness on the part of some institutions of the Colombian State in the granting of permits and concessions for the execution of this procedure. . The objective established in this research is emphasized in identifying the different legal precepts of the Colombian legal system in relation to deforestation that occurs in the Amazon rainforest. Similarly, it should be noted that the instrument used to obtain the information corresponds to the legislative analysis, determining by results that it is important and pertinent to bear in mind the pronouncements that have been developed on this subject in order to understand in depth the procedure that It is carried out and participation by the institutions responsible for the promotion, protection and prevention of the environment. |
