| Abstract | Research paper aims to examine and determine the impact of human resources information systems (quantity, time, flexibility) in the performance of human resources management (planning, implementation, evaluation, development), as well as to determine the level of importance of these variables in government organizations, where the paper has been divided to four parts included the first methodology and objectives, the second presentation of the literature research paper and the discussion and analysis of the results of the study, and the fourth most important researcher presented findings and recommendations on the subject of this paper. The researcher also harmonize and develop a questionnaire distributed to (30) at various administrative levels. Accordingly, the study found the following results: |
