| Abstract | Abstract : Intertriginous candidosis is a fungal infection of the skin caused by the yeast of the Candida, tended by species of Candida albicans in the areas of skin folds. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the profile of intertriginous candidosis in Dermatovenereology clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Hospital Manado during period from January 2013 - December 2013. The study was conducted by descriptive retrospective on medical records of new and old patients with a diagnosis of intertriginous candidosis ever seek treatment in Dermatovenereology Clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Hospital Manado during period from January 2013 - December 2013 based on the number of cases, age group, sex, occupation, location, precipitating factors, and type of treatment. The results of this study showed that there were 40 patients (0.98%) intertriginous candidosis of the 4099 total patients, were more common in women (70%), highest rate recorded was within of 45-64 years age group (42.5%), most work the patients is PNS (32.5%), location of most skin fold affected was groin (32.43%), the precipitating factor in patients with sweaty/damp environments (32.5%), and the most commonly used therapy is topical antifungal (65%). Keywords : intertriginous candidosis, descriptive retrospective study Abstrak : Kandidosis intertriginosa adalah infeksi jamur kulit yang disebabkan oleh jamur Candida, cenderung oleh spesies Candida albicans pada daerah-daerah lipatan kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kandidosis intertriginosa di poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado periode Januari 2013 – Desember 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif retrospektif dari rekam medik pasien baru dan lama dengan diagnosis kandidosis intertriginosa yang pernah berobat di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado periode Januari 2013 – Desember 2013 berdasarkan jumlah kasus, kelompok umur, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, lokasi, faktor pencetus, dan jenis pengobatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 40 pasien (0,98%) kandidosis intertriginosa dari keseluruhan total 4099 pasien, lebih banyak ditemukan pada perempuan (70%), kelompok umur terbanyak pada 45-64 tahun (42,5%), pekerjaan pasien terbanyak yaitu PNS (32,5%), lokasi lipatan kulit paling banyak terkena pada lipat paha (32,43%), faktor pencetus terbesar pada pasien dengan berkeringat/lingkungan lembab (32,5%), dan terapi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah antifungi topikal (65%).
