Abstract	The «Topographic Map of the city of Granada and its Municipal District» is a pioneering work in the area of the Spanish land registry maps. It was conducted in 1819 by Francisco Dalmau, «Mathematics teacher and Director of the Statistics of the Province of Granada», as a graphical tool to estimate the wealth and productivity of Granada municipal area, in order to obtain the most complete statistical and systematic information of the moment. To achieve this it was necessary to make a detailed land registry map, expressing the estates and properties of the surrounds of Granada, the class and quality of each one, its holder, lessee and the full revenue, the surface, cultivated species, production and the value of them. In this paperwe analyze the agricultural estates expressed in this map, highlighting the most important elements drawnin them.
