| Abstract | Competitiveness requires a self-sustaining growth process in specific skills, training and levels of knowledge. Individuals are the main actors of this process, as they are responsible for the knowledge creation. This study seeks to establish a methodology of a measurement on the diffusion of tacit knowledge process, It also provides a tool for the understanding of the dynamics involving information flows and knowledge creation in an organization. It has been allowed to establish a layer unifying concepts when talking about knowledge creation and social network analysis studies through the vision of governance processes. This methodology consists in joining SECI model of knowledge creation, from the researchers Nonaka and Tackeuchi (1997), with the ARS techniques, based primarily on Wasserman and Faust works (1994) and rates of Relational Knowledge (CR), Diffusion Coefficient of Knowledge (CDC) from Rosa, 2008. All of them on a context of governance process, as a result of a methodology that allows to evaluate the semantic information flow and, consequently, the tacit knowledge. The hypotheses studied are based on the assumption that the knowledge acquired, maintained and created by the individual it is transformed in the base of competitiveness in the organization. It has been allowed as well to expand the capacity for innovating since having a good dissemination of knowledge. The contribution of this work for the SECI model is an approach to the specificity of the organization, giving the possibility of feedback two of the five stages of the knowledge conversion model. |
