Abstract	Facing the recent scene of new tourist markets growing up, and the increasingly specialized demand for coast tourism, the next future will be marked by tourism policies (and more accurately, the management of such policies) that will obey to a change of the way destinations are considered, focusing on the interest on landscape and natural resources of the coastal destinations. Therefore, the most recent work lines that revolve around the Andalusian tourism and focus their attention on the Costa del Sol, rescue the heritage value of those sun and beach run out destinations, with the purpose of organizing the concentration of the demanding markets by means of valueing the individual elements characteristic of our coast, representative of a stronger heritage identity across the touristic discourse.
