Abstract	The present investigative work one carries out in Zamora's provincial government, having like topic "ADMINISTRATION OF THE HUMAN TALENT IN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT DDE ZAMORA, COUNTY DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE." The stages are constituted by valuable tools that contribute to improve the acting of the human talent, establishing indicators and standards to fulfill the different objectives that we have intended of agreement as it establishes it the Secretary National Technique of Human resources and remunerations of the public sector. Inside the introduction a study of the different works of study experts of the administrative activity was made, later on one carries out an analysis of the situation for which the provincial government crosses, being different problems inside the institution; based on the opposing problems one carries out proposals of improvement with regard to the recruitment and selection of personal, welcome manual, labor motivation and valuation of positions. Regarding the methodology we use the use of different methods and techniques for the provincial government's personnel's rehabber information; one carries out interview to the Mr. Prefect and Departmental Bosses, you also applies surveys to employees and workers with appointment and hired. With regard to the provincial government's historical review one could know very little of their creation due to the lack of upgrade of the information. Before the different ones problematic that the provincial government presents you ends up establishing conclusions and recommendations to give solutions and to leave perseverance of our work in this noble institution proposing different tools and indicators that allow a better use human talent for benefit of the institution.
