Abstract	The objective of this study is to clarify characteristics of standing up motions and reseating actions. This study is comprised of act observation research veri cation survey on muscle activities and joint angles and motion evaluation. Act observation research clari ed the contact site bet een arm table and chair of standing up motions. Elders and adults evaluated these actions difference by seat shape. Veri cation survey clari ed muscle activities and joint angles of standing up motions and reseating actions using electromyogram and motion capture difference by material and seat shape.
