DOI: 10.12957/rdc.2015.18854 Resumen Un conjunto de fuerzas sociales actua con fuerza sobre las areas naturales protegidas en Misiones, Argentina. Se trata de un conjunto de agentes que disputan el capital politico necesario para definir estrategias de conservacion y turismo sustentable. El caso etnografico que presentamos corresponde a una intervencion de organizaciones transnacionales, sectores gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, agentes politicos, y empresarios, en conflicto por la realizacion de un camino provincial. Se trata de una obra de infraestructura publica en construccion, ubicada al interior del lote ocho de la Reserva de Biosfera Yaboti en San Pedro, Misiones, Argentina. El trabajo de campo fue realizado durante los anos, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 y 2015, e incluyo el uso de observacion participante, y entrevistas. Palabras claves: Turismo-figuraciones sociales- areas naturales protegidas. Abstract A set of social forces act strongly on protected areas in Misiones, Argentina. It is a set of agents who dispute the political capital needed to define strategies for conservation and sustainable tourism. The ethnographic case presented corresponds to an intervention by transnational organizations, governmental and non-governmental sectors, political actors, and businessmen in conflict by conducting a provincial road. It is a work of public infrastructure under construction, located within Lot eight Yaboti Biosphere Reserve in San Pedro, Misiones, Argentina.
