Abstract	El presente proyecto está ubicado en la Parroquia de Nanegalito, Cantón Quito, Provincia Pichincha; esta parroquia rural de origen agrícola posee una riqueza cultural ancestral por haber albergado asentamientos humanos del pueblo Yumbo, sin embargo; su evidencia cultural fue alterada por la llegada de los incas y conquistadores españoles, a pesar de esto lo que se mantiene hasta nuestros días es importante difundirlo para rescatar el sentido de identidad cultural del sector. El proyecto de Centro de Difusión Agro-Ecoturístico fue diseñado con el objetivo de crear una infraestructura de apoyo de la ruta agro-productiva y turística del cacao, para revalorizar y difundir el conocimiento de la agroproducción, dentro de un enfoque que potencialice el agro-ecoturismo vivencial. Cuenta con un diseño de estilo moderno. La forma parte de la descomposición de la figura antropomorfa del Pueblo Yumbo. Su sistema constructivo mixto de madera, bambú, hormigón, acero y vidrio. El criterio de sustentabilidad se refleja en el uso de materiales renovables, propios de la zona, amigables con el entorno verde que es predominante en su mayoría. The present project is located in the Parish of Nanegalito, Quito Canton, Pichincha Province; this rural parish of agricultural origin possesses an ancestral cultural richness to have hosted human settlements of the Yumbo people; however, its cultural evidence was altered by the arrival of the Incas and Spanish conquistadors, in spite of this what is maintained until our days is important to disseminate it to rescue the sense of cultural identity of the sector. The project of Agro-Ecotourism Dissemination Center was designed with the objective of creating an infrastructure of support of the agro-productive and tourism route of cacao, in order to revalue and disseminate the knowledge of agro-production, within an approach that improves the experiential agro-ecotourism. It has a modern style design. The shape parts from the decomposition of the anthropomorphic figure of the Yumbo People. Its mixed construction system of wood, bamboo, concrete, steel and glass. The criterion of sustainability is reflected in the use of renewable materials, typical of the area, friendly to the green environment which is mostly predominant.
