| Abstract | บทคดยอ การศกษาวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษา 1) ระดบการปฏบตการจดการความรของบคลากร สาขาวทยบรการเฉลมพระเกยรต มหาวทยาลยรามคำแหง 2) ระดบการรบรเกยวกบการจดการความรของนกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษา สาขาวทยบรการเฉลมพระเกยรต มหาวทยาลยรามคำแหง 3) เปรยบเทยบการปฏบตการจดการความรระหวางบคลากร สาขาวทยบรการเฉลมพระเกยรต มหาวทยาลยรามคำแหง ทมสถานภาพตางกน และ 4) เปรยบเทยบการรบรเกยวกบการจดการความรของนกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษา สาขาวทยบรการเฉลมพระเกยรต มหาวทยาลยรามคำแหงทมสถานภาพแตกตางกน กลมตวอยางจำนวน 720 คน โดยใชสตรของ Yamane การวจยครงนใชวธการสมตวอยางแบบหลายขนตอน สถตทใชในการวเคราะหขอมล ไดแก ความถ คารอยละ คาเฉลย () คาเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D. ) ทดสอบคาท ( t -test) ทดสอบคาเอฟ (F-test) และทดสอบหาคาเฉลยเปนรายค ดวยวธการของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe' s method) ผลการวจย พบวา 1. ระดบการปฏบตการจดการความรของบคลากรในภาพรวม และแตละดานอยในระดบมาก โดยมคาเฉลยสงทสด คอ ดานการสรางความร รองลงมา คอ ดานการจดเกบความร ดานการกระจายความร และดานทบคลากร มระดบการปฏบตการจดการความร ตำทสด คอ ดานการประยกตใชความร 2. ระดบการรบรเกยวกบการจดการความรของนกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษาในภาพรวม และแตละดานอยในระดบมาก โดยมคาเฉลยสงทสด คอ ดานการสรางความร รองลงมา คอ ดานการจดเกบความร และดานการประยกตใชความร นกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษาจะมระดบการรบรเกยวกบการจดการความร ตำทสด คอ ดานการกระจายความร 3. การปฏบตการจดการความรระหวางบคลากร ทมเพศ ตำแหนง ระดบการศกษา ประสบการณเขารวมการอบรม/สมมนาทแตกตางกน จะมการปฏบตการในภาพรวม และรายดานไมแตกตางกนทระดบนยสำคญ 0.05 4. การรบรเกยวกบการจดการความรระหวางนกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษา ทม เพศ ชนปทศกษาแตกตางกน มการรบรในภาพรวม และรายดานไมแตกตางกนทระดบนยสำคญ 0.05 สวนนกศกษาระดบบณฑตศกษาทมคณะทศกษา และประสบการณเขารวมการอบรม/สมมนาแตกตางกนจะมการรบรแตกตางทระดบนยสำคญ 0.05 Absteact This research aimed 1) to determine the level of practicing the employees’ knowledge management at the regional campus in the Honors of the Majesty of the King 2) to access the level the awareness of the knowledge management of graduate students in the Honors of the Majesty of the King 3) to compare the employees’ knowledge management practice at the different demography such as gender, working position, studies level, training and seminar experiences 4) to compare the awareness of the knowledge management at the different status of graduate students. Samplings were drawn from 720 samples comprising administrators, officials and graduate students. The study used rating scale questionnaire designed as the tool for data collection. Percentage, mean (), standard deviation ( S.D. ), t - test together with Scheffe' s method were used for data interpretation. The findings of this research were concluded as follows. 1. The level of the employees’ knowledge management practice at a whole and at individual aspects was high. The highest averaged level was seen in the knowledge creation aspect was, followed by the knowledge storage aspect and the knowledge distribution aspect. On the other hand, the knowledge implementation or application was found the lowest. There was no statistically different significance at the 0.05 level. 2. The graduate students’ level the awareness of the knowledge management as a whole and at individual aspect was high. The knowledge creation aspect was disclosed to be highest. The second higher level, on average, consists of the knowledge storage, and the knowledge implication or application respectively. However, the knowledge distribution aspect was found the lowest. There was no difference of the perspective from the different genders and study levels; nevertheless, the graduate students from different faculties and seminar experiences had a statistically different significance at the 0.05 level as a whole aspect and at individual aspect. 3. The knowledge management practice among employees from different genders, working position, study levels, training and seminar experiences had no statistically different significance at the 0.05 level both as a whole and at individual aspects. 4. There was no difference as a whole and at individual aspects in the awareness of the knowledge management from the graduate students with different genders and study levels, from which there was a statically different significance at the 0.05. For the whole aspect and in each of perspectives on knowledge management of the graduates different in gender, studies level has a statically different significance at the 0.05. On the other hand, those who are differentiated in faculties and experiences has themselves a statistically different significance at the 0.05 level. |
