Abstract	Human resource is the principle element that is making the difference in the world of organizations as a competitive media, for people to have a strong advantage in the competitive aspect it's necessary to have an excellent development in the administration of human capital. Talent has to be exploited, take advantage of the organizations culture, motivate the employees and maintain the correct ways of communication in all the different areas of the organization, allowing a synergy between them and working in pro of the objectives of the organization to obtain excellence and efficiency.
