Abstract	espanolEl nuevo marco normativo de la seguridad industrial, derivado de la transposicion de la Directiva de Servicios y basado en la liberalizacion de los sectores, la eliminacion de trabas administrativas y la simplificacion de los procedimientos, requiere una importante modificacion del funcionamiento de las Administraciones. La Comunidad de Madrid ha apostado en esta nueva etapa por reducir al maximo las barreras que impiden el acceso de los agentes economicos al mercado, favoreciendo asi la actividad economica y la generacion de riqueza, y reforzar su actividad inspectora, garantizando de esta forma el mantenimiento de los estandares mas elevados de la seguridad industrial. EnglishThe new legislative framework for industrial safety, resulting from the Services Directive’s transposition and based on liberalization policies, administrative obstacle’s removal and procedures’ simplification, requires an important modification of Administrations functioning. In this new stage, the Madrid Region has committed itself to reduce the barriers that prevent economical stakeholders an access to the market, thus favoring economical activity and wealth generation, and to strengthen its inspection activity, in this way guaranteeing the maintenance of the highest standards of industrial safety.
