| Abstract | This article aims to verify, from international and national normative frameworks of the rights and guarantees of people with disabilities, the purpose and effectiveness of the affirmative actions adopted in Brazil for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market on decent work terms, especially from the provisions of Brazilian Law no 8213/91. The problem is to verify that, along with legally protected protection, people with disabilities have been effectively integrated into the labor market in Brazil. The investigative procedure, of documentary and bibliographic type, is descriptive and explanatory. |
