Abstract	espanolCon este trabajo pretendemos acercarnos al estudio de las fuentes, tanto de primarias como secundarias, que nos ofrecen informacion relativa al patrimonio religioso de la isla de La Gomera. De este modo, nos acercaremos a aquellos documentos que nos muestran aspectos muy interesantes a la hora de tratar de estudiar la historia del arte de esta isla. Para ellos nos valdremos de la documentacion ya publicada, de la que extraeremos los datos para nuestro estudio, asi como aquellos que por su interes se encuentran en diversos archivos y que serviran para puntualizar algunos aspectos de la investigacion. El analisis de estas fuentes sera completado con un breve apendice documental donde podemos ver algunos de los datos anteriormente citados. EnglishThis article tries to approach the study of the sources, both primary and secondary, which provide us with information relating to the religious heritage of the island of La Gomera. Thus, we are closer to those documents for your interest, we show very interesting in dealing with a study of art history for this island. For them we will study documentation has already been published, which draw the most interest to our study, as well as those who are interested in various archives and that will serve to clarify some aspects of the investigation. The analysis of these sources will be supplemented by a brief appendix documentary where we can see some of the data cited above.
