| Abstract | Ms. Bungo is working through her second semester as a graduate student in the Library and Information Services track at the University at Albany. She currently serves as a research assistant to Dr. Hemalata Iyer. Prior to her arrival at UA, she attended Niagara University. There, she double majored in International Studies and Political Science, and received a bachelor's degree in May of 2009.
