| Abstract | Quality is a concept that has multiple meanings, as it depends on the customers' perception of a product or service, for this reason, is a consumer mind-set that assumes under that product or service and the ability of it to meet their needs. That is why organizations currently using Quality Management Systems to meet the needs and requirements of its customers and to exceed their expectations in order to retain them and provide assurance of the products or services offered. Therefore, The target of this project is to document a Quality Management System in the E.S.E. Hospital San Rafael in the municipality of Pueblo Rico, based on the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 and NTGP 1000, keeping all their requirements through documentation of the following elements: 4. System Quality Management, 5. Management Responsibility, 6. Resource Management, 7. Product Realization, 8. Measurement, analysis and improvement. Additionally, this project seeks to promote improvements in the design, development, installation and service provided by the hospital to its users. In turn, find that each of its employees are committed to a culture of quality to provide a service that meets the needs and expectations of customers and allow the organization more effective in carrying out its activities through continuous improvement in each of its processes. |
