Abstract	Since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution propaganda actions indirectly become Sound professional practice within the range of actions of mass media, associated with the construction and consolidation of socialist ideology prevailing in our country. This factor has influenced this type of communication in Stained Radio Sancti Spiritus constitutes an essential task in the messages, which became the starting point for, using a qualitative methodology and the theoretical framework deserved, perform diagnosis of each of the specific, say category, subcategories and indicators of indirect propaganda in this media center of Cuba. Also, with the results discussed in the diagnosis of indirect propaganda lacked was determined that, unlike the direct creation of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of communication messages, in accordance with the characteristics of the radio system, which became the occasion to propose a theoretical scientific and methodological tool to assess the indirect propaganda task in the radio medium.
