Abstract	Mental health is something that undoubtedly needs a lot of care and basic attention with matrix support. Thus, the objective of this work is to propose actions of mental health care in the scope of Primary Care in the light of the matrix support. Methodologically, a survey was made on the importance of mental health care in Primary Care, mediated by matrix support. In view of this, appropriate actions and procedures are proposed for mental health professionals to use. For these actions to generate positive effects it is necessary to consider the individualities of each citizen, as well as to hold discussions about the subject. With this it is seen that the actions must be proposed so that they are related to the particularities found within each context in which it is necessary to intervene, and with this the measures of matrix support for basic attention will be responsible for the access of people to the system including those in need of mental health care and support.
