| Abstract | Daily purchases consume large organizational efforts in the public sphere, multiply in lengthy and costly by bureaucratic procedures. This study presents experiences in the use of the Record Prices System in the municipality of Ibirubá reported under a systemic perspective bottom-up (from bottom to top), observed from the Warehouse sector. Through the data collected in loco, in front of the relevant legislation, there was the need for the municipality to regulate their purchases of tyres as the recent federal developments, thus avoiding the faults and the excess of tyres that are repeated year after year, in large part, from a political administration. The SRP has proved to be an effective tool to remedy the shortcomings identified in this study, empowering purchases of municipal tires. |
