| Abstract | We would like to express our special appreciation to Weifeng Lv, Bhavani Thuraisingham and Meikang Qiu, the General Chairs of CSCloud, and Albert Zomaya and Lixin Tao, the General Chairs of SSC for giving us the opportunity to hold these two prestigious conferences and for their guidance on the conference organization.
