| Abstract | In the current era of information technology are growing trends for the use of computer resources is no longer towards stand alone, but to the network, with the existence of a network, each computer can share its resources. In a good network is a LAN (Local Area Network), MAN (Metropolis Area Network) or WAN (Wide Area Network) is known for the Server, with the existence of this server in the network rules can be more easily implemented.. There are two alternatives to replace the Operation System, the first by upgrading the Operating System and the second by migrating from old server to new server by installing the new OS, in this case there is a new server computer with better specification of the computer old Arjuna, so that the step taken is the migration. The results obtained after this migration process, Arjuna new Server running Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory and DHCP Server is installed and create a new Server Arjuna is easy to operate. |
