| Abstract | Nowadays, companies go through a high level of competitiveness that implies not only operational efficiency but also the creation of strategies that allow them to have a competitive advantage and increase revenues. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the processes associated with the vision and strategy to provide top management with a global view of business performance and decision making. The Balanced Scorecard is a business management tool that tries to align the processes towards the achievement of the defined strategic goals. At the same time in the implementation of this tool they encounter certain qualitative data that is difficult to measure, which is why it is necessary to rely on other methods for a more accurate measurement of the management level. In this thesis, called "DIFFUSE METHOD FOR THE CALCULATION OF THE MANAGEMENT LEVEL OF A COMPREHENSIVE CONTROL PANEL IN THE TRANSPORTATION AND GENERAL SERVICES JOSELITO SAC", provides a measurement against qualitative and quantitative indicators having at the end a value that expresses the defined strategic management. For the development of the thesis the function of trapezoidal belonging (fusificacion) was applied within the fuzzy logic, which allows to deal with values within a range of criteria by the experts and in the defusification the centroid method was applied. the final output will be the center of gravity of the resulting total area; These methods, applied to the balanced scorecard, made it possible to obtain a quantitative value of the management level, with the criteria and experience of the experts in conjunction with other qualitative variables of the integral control panel, the variables treated |
