Abstract	Hand fractures management includes a non-surgical option; however, conservative treatment should be carefully prescribed and applied by well trained health professionals. There are several physical therapy schemes, and choosing the adequate one for each patient may improve the outcome. These programs require a multidisciplinary team and to even coexist with surgical intervention when needed.
