| Abstract | Este trabalho analisa a experiencia da viagem na obra de Maria Ondina Braga, construida numa permanente oscilacao entre memorias e sonhos, impressoes e reflexoes, real e imaginario. Em torno da viagem, destacam-se as principais linhas de forca de um discurso onde o apelo da distância, o fascinio pelo exotico e as representacoes do Diverso (Segalen) ocupam um lugar de relevo. Na vasta obra ondiniana, assistimos a representacao de um universo povoado de identidades tendencialmente rizomaticas (Deleuze e Guattari) que se cruzam na terra alheia, num contexto de aproximacao, concorrendo para o desenvolvimento de uma “totalidade-mundo” (Glissant) tecida de encontros dinâmicos que funcionam como um convite a comparacao de culturas, de historias singulares, de diferentes formas de deslocamento e a reflexao sobre o confronto e a permeabilidade das fronteiras entre identidade e alteridade. ********************************************************************************** Travel experience in Maria Ondina Braga’s work: search objects, crossings and disencounters. Abstract: This paper examines the travel experience in Maria Ondina Braga’s literary work, built upon a permanent variation between memories and dreams, impressions and reflections, real and imaginary. Around this travel, the main strain lines of speech are highlighted and the appeal of the distance, the fascination for the exotic and the representations of Diverse (Segalen) take up an outstanding place. In the extensive Maria Ondina Braga’s works, we watch the depicttion of a universe populated by rhizomatic identities (Deleuze and Guattari) that intersect in a strange land, in a context of approach, coming together to the development of a “whole-world” (Glissant) mixing with vigorous meetings which act as an invitation to the comparison of cultures, unique stories, of different forms of displacement and to the reflection on confrontation and the permeability of borders between identity and otherness.
