La formación pre-profesional en el nivel superior. Descripción de un dispositivo de entrenamiento para la acción

Abstract	El presente trabajo describe las caracteristicas de un dispositivo que se propone el entrenamiento para el desempeno de futuros Licenciados en Educacion en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, como parte de una materia del cuarto ano de la Licenciatura. En primer lugar, presentamos las conceptualizaciones que sostienen la propuesta, centralmente las nociones de profesionalizacion, formacion y dispositivo. Seguidamente describimos las dos instancias que componen el dispositivo: 1) el grupo de reflexion sobre el trayecto de formacion y el futuro profesional y 2) los talleres de entrenamiento para la accion en el campo profesional. Para ello damos cuenta de los propositos de cada espacio, las actividades involucradas y los rasgos que asume el rol del docente en cada uno. Asumimos que dispositivos de estas caracteristicas tienen un importante potencial formativo en las practicas en tanto favorecen el acercamiento de los estudiantes a areas y roles del campo profesional, los colocan ante situaciones y problemas reales y operan como reveladores y analizadores de las representaciones, saberes y valores de los estudiantes sobre el campo profesional y el ejercicio del rol. Se constituyen asi en espacios que favorecen los procesos de elucidacion de aspectos no siempre conscientes vinculados con la practica y el futuro profesional, a la vez que andamian el desarrollo de capacidades instrumentales y psicosociales vinculadas con la tarea del licenciado en educacion. This paper describes the characteristics of a teacher education device that proposes training for the performance of future graduates in Education at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, as part of a subject of the fourth year of the Degree. In the first place, we present the conceptualizations that support the proposal, centrally the notions of professionalization, teacher education and device. Next we describe the two instances that make up the device: 1) the reflection group on the training path and the professional future and 2) training workshops for working on the performance in the professional field. In order to do this we account for the purposes of each instance, the activities involved and the characteristics of the role of the teacher in each one. We assume that devices with these characteristics have an important formative potential in the practices, in that they favor the approach of the students to areas and roles of the professional field, placing them before real situations and problems and they operate as revealers and analyzers of the representations, knowledge and values of the students as regards the professional field and the exercise of the role. They, thus, favor the processes of elucidation of aspects not always conscious linked to the practice and the professional future, as well as the development of instrumental and psychosocial capacities related to the task of an education graduate.
