| Abstract | El actual contexto venezolano, obliga de manera ineludible a pensar en el diseno yejecucion de las politicas de proteccion social desde el destinatario de esa politica. ElTrabajador Social deberia deslastrarse del estigma que, desde sus inicios como profesion, leha caracterizado: desempenarse exclusivamente como ejecutor de las politicas publicas,programas o proyectos sociales. El Trabajador Social tiene competencias para el diseno delas mismas; su formacion interdisciplinaria y sistemica, le permite no solo pensar en el finsino desde el contexto; lo cual ha de redundar en un diseno, ejecucion y evaluacion decalidad, que – en efecto- procure el bienestar social, a traves de la mejora continua de sucalidad de vida. Abstrac The current Venezuelan context requires unavoidable to think about the design andimplementation of social protection policies from the recipient of that policy manner. Thesocial worker should deslastrarse the stigma from its beginnings as a profession , hascharacterized : solely serve as executor of public policies , programs and social projects.The social worker has skills to design them; its interdisciplinary and systemic training,allows you not only to think but from the context ; which would be in the design ,implementation and evaluation of quality - in effect- seek social welfare, through thecontinuous improvement of their quality of life. |
