| Abstract | The project is the study of feasibility for the putting in march of a company Producer and distributor of roasted coffee and ground. It is a project with an economic and social benefit on metropolitan area I centre west. This market is based in a company installs toaster and distributor of coffee, which attends to the needs of the institutional market, becomes specially attractive due to the high volumes of purchase and few requirements of technical type needed in the product for the client, doing that the processes of production and marketing are more efficient and therefore more economic, reflecting these aspects in a high level of profitability. The development will allow to create new company in the region, increasing the levels of employment and the quality of life both of producers and of the personnel related to the company MI CAFE. The institutional market allows to companies as MI CAFE dedicated to attending to the needs and requirements of this market to have in the future wide possibilities of growth due to the high increase of big companies that come to the region during the last years as, hotels, restaurants, factories, stores between others. The project I generate profitability on the investments of 39% and believe 10 new squares(seats) of direct work in the region, reaching to the decrease of the rate of unemployment and to the increase of the productivity of the department. |
