| Abstract | Japan has always been an eccentric and interesting country. Japanese modernization is a subject that is often searched in the academy. Japan has also a unique geographical location. It is not free from the influence of China, but it is not as close to China as it is entirely engaged in Chinese culture. These conditions led to the emergence of original Japanese cultures. This unique cultural structure of Japan is directly reflected in both its economy and management culture. In comparative administrative and cultural studies, it is very important to examine this structure. In Japan, which is composed of a large number of islands and has a long-established feudal tradition, modernization is started in the Meiji period. The centralization of the state also coincides the same historic period. In this study, the original aspects of Japanese public administration structure and Japanese political culture will be tried to be revealed. |
