Abstract	The growth of cities, urban areas, is a primary concern of the planning process; this growth is determined by the increase in population, by the phenomena of internal and external migration that modify the areas of residential occupation. It is in these residential areas where trade groupings of trade and services of third level, local coverage necessary for residents of residential areas supply their needs arise.
