Abstract	RESUMO: Este artigo tem como objeto de analise as politicas de reforma agraria redistributiva e de mercado, que configuram-se como respostas conjunturais do governo aos conflitos do campo e as lutas sociais pela democratizacao da terra. A primeira consistena promocao de politicas voltadas a distribuicao de terras, principalmente viadesapropriacao de propriedades rurais que nao cumprem a sua funcao social, e impulsionada pelos conflitos sociais e pelo protagonismo dos camponeses. A segunda reside na conversao da terra em mercadoria, mediante contratacao de emprestimos entre agentes privados financiada pelo Estado. PALAVRAS CHAVES: Questao Agraria, Reforma Agraria ABSTRACT: This article is reviewed, redistributive land reform and market policies,which are configured as cyclical responses from the government, to the field of conflict and social struggles for democratization of the land. The first is the promotion of policies of land distribution, mainly through expropriation of rural properties that do not fulfill their social function, is driven by social conflicts and the role of the peasantry. The second lies in land conversion in goods by borrowing from private agents financed by the state. KEY WORDS: Agrarian Question, Land Reform
